Gordon College Alumni Association, Inc.

The association is a non-stock and non-profit organization registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is the sole alumni association of Gordon College as recognized thru the Gordon College Board of Trustees resolution. It may engage in fund-generating activities to finance its projects and activities in pursuit of its vision, mission, goals, and objectives, provided that no part of its net income shall inure to the benefit of a private person or entity.


Purpose
  1. To be the sole ALUMNI ASSOCIATION of Gordon College.
  2. Develop love of God, country, and the Alma mater.
  3. Promote unity among the alumni and the College.
  4. Establish contacts among Gordon College alumni for mutual assistance in their personal and professional development.
  5. Promote and cultivate mutual understanding and close fellowship through social, civic, intellectual programs and activities.
  6. Organize the members’ collective efforts in assisting their Alma Mater in the fulfilment of its objectives and goals as a premier local institution of higher learning in Region III.
  7. Serve and protect the alumni’s rights, duties, and welfare.
  8. Encourage an attitude of professional responsibility committed to the best interest of the Association, the College, and the Community.
  9. To have and to exercise and all the powers and privileges nor or hereafter conferred by the laws of the Philippines upon corporations formed thereunder or under any act amendatory or supplemental thereto or substituted therefor.
  10. And, in general, to do and any and all acts that may be permitted by the law to enable the corporation to carry out all foregoing purposes.; Provided that the corporation shall not solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public neither shall it issue investment contracts.

Objective

The objective of GCCAI shall be:

  1. to promote mutual interest of Gordon College and its alumni;
  2. to help maintain the most beneficial relations between the College and its alumni;
  3. to encourage the alumni to aid and advise the College in any manner deemed desirable
    by both parties; and,
  4. to encourage cordial relations among the alumni and the College faculty and staff.
