Online Enlistment for Enrolment Procedure (Newly Admitted Students – 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024)

Newly Admitted Students should confirm their admission in the GCA Portal to be able to proceed to this process.

  1. Log-on to the GCES portal https://gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph/gces/student using the credentials used in the GCA portal.
    Note: A “forgot password request” option is available in case of trouble logging in.
  2. Update your profile.
  3. Update academic and enlistment information.
  4. Read the Gordon College General Data Privacy Notice and click the CHECKBOX.
  5. Click “ENLIST” button.
  6. Completing all the steps above will register/enlist you for enrolment. The status of your enrolment will be posted on the student portal.

IMPORTANT: Complete enrolment requirements are to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office after online enlistment. Enrolment is conditional pending the submission of documents (hard copies) in-person or via courier. The deadline for submission is on July 30, 2023.

Students may submit documents placed in a long brown envelope on campus or you may send documents via courier. If submitting via courier, please address it to:
