ONLINE ADMISSION AND SCREENING PROCESS (First Semester, A.Y. 2024-2025)

STEP 1. UPLOAD ACADEMIC RECORDS

After taking the Gordon College Admission Test (GCAT), applicants should upload academic records on the GCA portal for screening and evaluation.

1.1) Log-on to the GCA portal (https://gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph/apps/gca/student).

1.2) On the Menu, click “Uploads”

1.3) Upload scanned or clear image of one of the following documents, whichever is applicable:

A. Graduating Grade 12 students

– Grade 12 – FIRST SEMESTER Report Card (SF9)

B. Senior High School Graduates

– Complete HS Report Card (SF9)

C. High School Graduates of Old Basic Education Curriculum (BEC)

– Complete High School Report Card(F-138)

D. Passers of ALS Program

– Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion

E. Transferees

– Official Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades

Important:

– Applicants who have complete academic records will be prioritized

– Failure to upload academic records will result to cancellation of application

– Applicants are advised to regularly check their GCA portal account for updates.

STEP 2. INTERVIEW

The result of GCAT and previous academic records will be evaluated based on the admission policy of the applied program.

For qualified applicants, a schedule of interview will be posted in the GCA portal. The following are the description of the application status:

a) 1st Choice On going evaluation, means applicant is currently being reviewed in the program you specified as your first choice.

b) 2nd Choice On going evaluation, means applicant is currently being reviewed in the program you specified as your second choice.

c) Accepted, means applicant is qualified for the chosen program and should confirm admission.

d) NOT Accepted, means applicant did not meet the minimum requirement of the program and has been denied in the chosen programs.

e) Confirmed, means applicant have confirmed admission in the program.

f) Declined, means applicant have declined admission in the program. Applicants are encouraged to have alternative plans in case they are not admitted.

STEP 3. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

3.1) Admitted students should confirm their admission FIVE (5) days after the approval of application.

3.2) To confirm admission, on the GCA portal dashboard, click “CONFIRM” button.

STEP 4. SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

4.1) Log-on to the GCA portal, click Set Appointment Menu.

4.2) Hard copies of the following should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on the scheduled appointment:

a.1) For Senior High School Graduates -> Original Grade 12 Report Card (SF9)

a.2) For High School Graduates of Old Curriculum -> Original High School Report Card(F-138)

a.3) For Passers of ALS Program -> (ALS) Certificate of Completion

a.4) For Transferees -> Original Official Transcript of Records, Cert. of Eligibility to Transfer/Honorable Dismissal and Good Moral Character Certificate

b) Fully Accomplished Student Information Sheet with 2×2 Picture (white background)

c) Original Recent Certificate of Residency

d) Copy of NSO / PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate

e) Copy of any Valid ID Card / Senior High School ID Card

f) Copy of Medical Certificate issued by the College Clinic

STEP 5. ONLINE ENLISTMENT FOR ENROLMENT
