On January 8, 2024, the College spearheaded by Dr. Imelda DP. Soriano, OIC-College President had a meaningful partnership with DepEd Tayo Olongapo City seeks to enhance early childhood education through a Certificate Program in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for 30 public elementary teachers handling kindergarten classes. This program aims to provide teachers with specialized training to deliver developmentally appropriate and high-quality instruction to young learners. By raising teaching standards, it ensures that children receive the strong educational foundation needed for lifelong learning and success. It was also discussed an important initiative to support underprivileged and Indigenous students in their journey to college. Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we’re committed to helping make that a reality.

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, this initiative underscores the importance of equitable, quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. By investing in teacher development, it not only improves classroom instruction but also empowers educators to meet the diverse needs of their students. Ultimately, this effort fosters better learning outcomes, paving the way for a more inclusive and sustainable future.
