WARRIORS’ CARNAGE: GC Bags Second Championship Streak at LCUAA National Games

After six days of grueling competition, the Gordon College (GC) Warriors are hailed as the ultimate victors of the 14th Local Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (LCUAA) National Games, marking GC’s second winning streak as the overall champion.

Across several categories, the Warriors collectively bagged 31 gold, 22 silver, and 24 bronze medals across their LCUAA stint, a resounding sweep above overall 2nd place Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa’s (KLL) 23 gold, 18 silver, and 21 bronze medal tally.

Meanwhile, the overall 3rd place title was claimed by Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig (PLP) with 15 gold, 13 silver, and 15 bronze medals across their run.

Furthermore, GC brought home championship plaques in the swimming, dancesport, and taekwondo categories awarded today, October 25, at the CSJDM Sports Complex. The Olongapo-reps were also awarded plaques for 1st runner-up in badminton, chess, and men’s futsal, as well as; 2nd runner-up in athletics.
