Team GC bags the 1st Runner Up Trophy in Cyber Shield CTF 2025

If you’re feeling hungry, there is no need to worry! Our very own Team GC has brought home the bacon!

Waving the flag of Gordon College, our representatives traveled straight to Holy Angel University at Angeles City Pampanga to participate in this year’s Holy Angel University Society of Computing (HAUSOC) Cyber Shield CTF 2025 with the theme of Cybersecurity in the Age of AI: Navigating the Double-Edged Sword and bagged the first runner-up title!

Let’s all give a round of applause to these wonderful individuals who teamed up and showed all other people the bright and fiery flames of CCS Phoenix! 🐦‍🔥

Gordon College was just a few points away from clinching the championship with 1880 points! Christian Jay also achieved the feat of having the 2nd highest individual point during the event!
