Strengthening Research Excellence: Instructors Oriented on IPR and Ethical Practices

The Research Instructors’ Orientation, Upskilling, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Seminar Series, held on March 31, 2026, at the Cosme Y. Sering AVR, was successfully conducted with the active participation of faculty members and research instructors.

The seminar served as a valuable platform to reorient and enhance participants’ knowledge and competencies in key research processes, particularly in research ethics, research processes, intellectual property rights (IPR), and Research Integrity. Meaningful discussions and insights were shared, reinforcing the importance of ethical and responsible research practices within the academic community.

The activity was facilitated by Dr. Ediric D. Gadia (VP, RDCES) and Ms. Nicole Suero (Coordinator, PU and IPMU), whose expertise greatly contributed to the seminar’s success.

This initiative reflects the institution’s continued commitment to strengthening research capability and fostering a culture of excellence and integrity among its educators.
