GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF GLASS BOARD INSTALLED IN THE CLASSROOMS
Use White Board Marker only to write on it
Always erase marker ink from the surface after each use to prevent stains and ghosting.
Don’t use dirty eraser or cloth, it will start spread ink residue across the surface of the board.
Glass board must be cleared of any markings before the next class starts.
Avoid using tapes or adhesives on the glass surface. These materials may be difficult and cause permanent damage to the glass board.
Don’t use your hands to wipe a glass board! Your skin carries natural oils that over time leave a build-up of oil residue on the board. This can eventually ruin the surface of the glass board.
Do not use sharp objects to avoid scratching or damaging the board surface.
If the glass board is accidentally broken, it must be replaced with the same brand within seven (7) days from the date it was broken. If the item with specific brand and specification is not available, it must be replaced with three (3) timex of the quantity or in quantity comparable to the price of the item. The brand and specification must be approved first by the concerned personnel before replacement.
