Gordon College, as a Personal Information Controller aims to faithfully complies to Republic Act 10173 or also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Wherein the institution promotes the protection of the privacy of its stakeholders by registering its Data Privacy Officer and Data Processing Systems (both manual and computerized/online) to the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
