Five alumni from the College of Allied Health and Services (CAHS) of Gordon College (GC) passed the Midwives Licensure Exam (MLE) according to the Professional Regulation Commission Board.
GC achieved a perfect passing rate of 100% with 5 passers out of 5 examinees, once again surpassing the rate of last year’s results of 93.48% and the national rate of 57.60%. They constitute the 2,152 newly registered midwives.
All are first-time takers of this year’s exam.
Additionally, Tagaloan Community College is the top-performing school in the licensure exam with a perfect passing rate from 85 examinees of the school.
Meanwhile, Princesa Dumale Talamayan, this year’s board topnotcher, from Palawan State University achieved a 94.00%.
