Mission

Generate systems and strategies to empower the marginalized sector of the community towards productivity and sustainability.


Goals

  1. Enhance the institutional community extension service capability for efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of community-based programs and services.
  2. Establish an institutional community extension services database that would generate the information needed as input in developing policies, systems, and strategies.
  3. Institutionalize a culture of community service through an effective system of social awareness and the involvement of all stakeholders.
  4. Establish networks and collaborative linkages with government and non-governmental agencies with expertise in community organizing and development.
  5. Conduct resource generation activities to facilitate the successful implementation of community-based projects.
