Gordon College’s (GC) Performing Arts Students Ensemble (PASE) Ballo and other students secured the 1st and 2nd runner-up titles in the Barangay Cultural Competition at Gordon Avenue, on December 20, at SM City Downtown.
Members of PASE Ballo and other GCians competed in their respective groups, representing Barangay Pag-asa and Barangay West Tapinac.
Barangay Pag-asa performed their Sagudsod de Mano, which led them to be placed as the first runner-up.
Meanwhile, Barangay West Tapinac earned their place as the second runner-up after grooving their way through their Inalimango performance.
Despite the wet roads due to the rain, the participants from the institution still showed their grace and effort in their renditions, embracing the Filipino culture.
