ZAMECO II EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Five (5) Slots are available

Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) educational cash assistance every semester to qualified students.

Pre-Screening of student-applicants will be until June 08, 2023 at Rm. 310, 3rd Floor, GC Building and look for Ms. Jerica B. Baccay, Head – UniFAST/Scholarship.

Please note that only the student-applicants with complete documentary requirements will be recommended by Gordon College for final screening, interview, competitive exam and background checking of ZAMECO II.

Qualifications

• Bonafide Student of Gordon College
• Bonafide residence of Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Antonio, San Narciso, San Felipe and Cabangan
• a first or second degree family member of ZAMECO II registered Member-Consumer-Owners of an actual Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO)
• ZAMECO II Member-Consumer-Owner must be of good standing
• Must have a general weighted average of 1.75 and above in previous academic semester or year
• Annual Family Income must not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250, 000.00) as verified thru BIR income Tax Return or BIR Certification for non-filing of Income Tax

Requirements

• Letter of intent (printed in short bond paper)
• Application form with 2×2 picture (provided by ZAMECO II)
• Certificate of Grades (COG) duly certified by College seal (original copy)
• Certificate of Enrolment/Registration (Photocopy)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
• Proof of billing statement (statement of account of the registered consumer-family member)
• Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certification of exemption from BIR
• Brgy Clearance/Certification (Student)
• School ID Card (Photocopy)
• Parents/guardian Valid ID card (Photocopy) or any proof of identification
• Long expandable brown envelope
