In line with the preparation for the 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘅 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗱 on February, 2025, Gordon College – College of Computer Studies (GC-CCS) Community Extension Services Unit (CESU) will be launching 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹: 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, an upskilling program for DepEd Senior High School Teachers, with the theme “Empowering Educators for the Digital Age: Bridging the Gap with Technology” on November 15 and 22, 2024 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at Gordon College, Olongapo City.

The training program will focus on essential technology skills across five key areas:

1. Capture the Flag (Cybersecurity): Introducing teachers to cybersecurity fundamentals through the CTF game.
2. Game Design: Covering basic principles of game development, from concept creation to design and implementation.
3. Animation: Teaching the core techniques of animation and how to apply them using industry-standard tools.
4. Video Editing: Providing instruction on video production and editing for multimedia storytelling.
5. IoT (Internet of Things)/ Ideation: Exploring the potential of IoT in education and developing innovative solutions involving interconnected devices.
