OSWS Clearance Requirements for Graduating Students

𝗢𝗦𝗪𝗦 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Students must attend the 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 and answer the Evaluation form afterward.

Donate a Narra or fruit-bearing seedling. (A separate memo on this will be released)

Students must be cleared of any pending Disciplinary Work from the Student Discipline Unit.

For Student Organization Officers and Council, they must be free from any obligation from their organization, and has complied and submitted required documents/reports by the Student Organization Unit.

For Varsity, PASE Members and Members of The Forefront, they must be free from any obligation from their group as declared by their coordinators.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: 𝗜𝗳 𝗡𝗢𝗧 a student-leader / varsity / campus journalist / PASE artist, but still marked as “𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙” in their portal, kindly proceed to RM 122 and look for Mr. Cris Lalu.
