We collect and process personal data solely for the issuance and management of institutional ID cards for students, faculty, and staff. This ID serves as an official form of identification within the institution and is used for campus access, academic and administrative transactions, and other institutional services.

The following personal information will be collected for ID processing:
• Full Name
• Course / Program
• Date of Birth
• Home Address
• Emergency Contact Person (Name and Contact Information)
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed based on your consent and in accordance with the legitimate interests of the institution to maintain secure and effective identification systems for its stakeholders.
4. Data Storage and Protection
All collected data will be stored securely in our official records system, accessible only to authorized personnel.
Physical and digital safeguards are in place to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
5. Data Sharing and Retention
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the institution unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of ID processing or as required by applicable regulations.
