Application for Graduation (Batch 2024)

This is to notify all prospective graduates (Batch 2024) that the schedule of filing of application for graduation is from November 6 to 17, 2023.
Please be guided by the following:
Step 1. Secure an Application for Graduation form thru this link
Step 2. Using your GC domain email address, fill-out the Google form completely thru this link:
Step 3. Prepare and attach scanned or clear image of the following:
– Accomplished application form.
– Accomplished prospectus/checklist
– PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
Step 4. You will be notified of the status of your application via email as soon as possible.
NOTE. The link will be available from 6 to 17 November 2023.
