OLONGAPO CITY—Five graduates from the Gordon College – College of Business and Accountancy (GC-CBA) turned Certified Public Accountants following the release of the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE) results on Tuesday, June 2.
Among the roll of passers was former Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Gordon College (JPIA-GC) President Jean Grey Austria.
GC recorded a 27.78% institutional passing rate, with five out of 18 examinees from the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program clearing the board exam.
On the national level, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 3,004 out of 9,745 examinees passed this cycle, placing the national passing rate at 30.83%. | via Keane Rafael Abdon/The FOREFRONT
