On May 13, 2026, the Municipal Mayor of San Antonio, Dr. Arvin D. Antipolo, officially signed Executive Order No. 29, Series of 2026, establishing the Project METRO Digital Compliance and Monitoring Program for Ikot Palengke Operations in the Local Government Unit of San Antonio, Zambales, in coordination with Department of Trade and Industry.
Project METRO was developed by the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology 3rd Year Students of Team OneDev from GC CCS: Aaron Paul Sario, Earl Romeo B. Ordovez, Nikolai Roman Nepomuceno, Paulo P. Cordova, Seann Patrick Tamondong, and Marina C. Camaso.
The system was created as an innovative compliance platform aimed at improving inspection operations through digital monitoring, enforcement tracking, reporting, and compliance analytics.
With these remarkable achievements, GCCCS expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Imelda D. P. Soriano for her continuous support and encouragement to student innovation; Prof. Ronnie D.
