ANNOUNCEMENT

Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) and Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Distribution

To all listed TDP and TES grantees who were unable to claim their financial grants on the scheduled payout, you are hereby given a final claiming schedule as follows:

Date: February 24, 2026 (Tuesday)

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Venue: Room 415, Gordon College – Main Campus

This payout covers the following:

• TDP Batch 3 – 2nd Semester, Academic Year 2024–2025

• TES Listahanan 15 – 2nd Semester, Academic Year 2024–2025

Required Documents

Please bring the following complete requirements:

1. Three (3) photocopies of your student ID or valid government ID (with signature), each with three (3) specimen signatures.

2. For Authorized Representatives (Immediate Family ONLY) — submit all in three (3) copies:

a. Original Authorization Letter with the grantee’s wet signature.

b. Photocopy of the student ID or valid government ID (with signature) of the grantee, each with three (3) specimen signatures.

c. Photocopy of the valid government ID (with signature) of the authorized representative, each with three (3) specimen signatures.

3. TES Grantees ONLY

• Bring your Narrative Report.

Important Notes

• Only those who were unable to attend the previous payout schedule may claim during this period.

• Incomplete documents will not be processed.

• This is NOT for application.
