APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Senior High School ID or Any Valid ID Card

• PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate

• Recent Good Moral Character Certificate

• Academic Records

– Senior High School applicants: Grade 11 grades

– Transferees: Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Grades

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1. CREATE ONLINE PORTAL ACCOUNT

1. Go to the Gordon College Admission Portal

2. Click “Sign up”

3. Fill in: email, given name, last name, date of birth, contact number, desired password, and type of student (New, Transferee, Second Courser)

Notes:

• Use a valid and existing email address.

• Make sure all details are correct.

• DO NOT create multiple accounts (ground for disapproval).

• Remember your email and password.

STEP 2. UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS

1. Upload scanned copies or clear photos of the required documents (≤ 2MB each):

o Profile photo

– 2×2 colored picture, white background

– Formal pose, collared top

– No eyeglasses or accessories

– Taken within 6 months before filing

o Good Moral Character Certificate

o PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate

o Senior High School ID or Valid ID

o Academic Records (Grade 11 grades for SHS, TOR for transferees)

2. Click “Continue with Sign Up” to finalize.

Important: Always double-check to ensure that all documents have been successfully uploaded.

STEP 3. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Go to the portal login page.

2. Enter your registered email and password.

3. You will be directed to your Dashboard, which displays the status of your application.

STEP 4. PROFILING

1. On the Menu, click “Profile.”

2. Fill out all forms (Personal Info, Family Background, Desired Programs).

3. Read and check the Data Privacy Notice.

4. Review and click “Submit.”

5. Under Confirmation, click “Finalized Enlistment.”

o This step is required before you can proceed to Exam Scheduling.

STEP 5. GCAT SCHEDULE

• The schedule will be posted on your portal account.

• Once posted, you may download and print:

o GCAT Schedule Slip

o Student Information Sheet

STEP 6. APPLICATION INTERVIEW

• Within 3 days, your GCAT result will be posted in your portal.

• As soon as the results are posted, you will be scheduled for an interview by the Program Coordinator.

• Please come on the scheduled interview. The interview is part of the requirements in assessing if you will be accepted into the program.

• On the day of interview, bring the following:

o Copy of grades for Grade 12, 1st Semester or TOR for transferees.

o And other requirements as stated by the Program Coordinator.

STEP 7. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

• After the interview, kindly check your portal to see if you are admitted to the program you have applied for.

• You have to click the “confirm” button in your portal. Clicking the “confirm” button will ensure that you will enroll at the college.

• After confirmation, stay tuned for announcements for Enlistment. prepare all requirements for enrolment.
