Application for Graduation (Batch 2026)

This is to notify all prospective graduates (Batch 2026) that the schedule of filing of application for graduation is from November 3 to 14, 2025.

Please be guided by the following:

Step 1. Using your GC domain email address, fill-out the Google form completely thru this link. https://forms.gle/XrhsaZ9jRxcQBfaF8

Step 2. Attach scanned or clear image of the following:

– Accomplished Prospectus (You may access the Academic Evaluation Sheet and Summary of Grades from the GCES portal for your reference)

– PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate

Step 3. You will be notified of the status of your application via email as soon as possible.
