Application for Graduation (Batch 2025)

This is to notify all prospective graduates (Batch 2025) that the schedule of filing of application for graduation is from November 25 to December 6, 2024.

Please be guided by the following:

Step 1. Secure an Application for Graduation form thru this link. https://tinyurl.ph/QOzmv

Step 2. Using your GC domain email address, fill-out the Google form completely thru this link. https://tinyurl.com/AppForGrad2025

Step 3. Attach scanned or clear image of the following:

– Accomplished application form.

– Accomplished Prospectus (Verify your grades by downloading the Academic Evaluation Sheet and Summary of Grades that are available for download at GCES portal)

– PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate

Step 4. You will be notified of the status of your application via email as soon as possible.
