CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS

Clearance checklist:

Students must be cleared of any pending Disciplinary Work from the Student Discipline Unit.

Students have complied with the required Medical Examination for Academic Year 2023-2024.

Students must answer the SWS Satisfaction Survey: bit.ly/SWSSurvey2023

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Students who will enroll this midyear term must complete the survey on or before June 3, 2024

Student Organization Officers must be free from any obligation from their organization and have complied with and submitted the required documents/reports by the Student Organization Unit
