Clearance Requirements – 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024

For the clearance requirements this semester, the Office of Student Welfare and Services will require the following:

Students must be cleared of any pending Disciplinary Work from the Student Discipline Unit.

Students have complied with the required Medical Examination for Academic Year 2022-2023.

For Student Organization Officers, must be free from any obligation from their organization, and have complied and submitted required documents/reports by the Student Organization Unit.
