Gordon College, situated in the heart of the bustling city, marked a significant milestone with a vibrant celebration honoring 25 years of academic excellence and community spirit.
The institution’s founding anniversary event transformed the tranquil campus into an energetic hub, where students, faculty, alumni, and guests gathered beneath the starlit sky to revel in the festivities.
The night commenced with a palpable sense of excitement as local bands, integral to the community’s fabric, set the stage ablaze with dynamic performances, setting the tone for the grand spectacle that awaited.
As the crowd eagerly anticipated the pinnacle of the celebration, December Avenue, renowned icons of Original Pinoy Music (OPM), took center stage. With a captivating repertoire; “Kahit Di Mo Alam”, “Bulong”, “Dahan”, “Eroplanong Papel”, “Huling Sandali”, “Kung ‘Di Rin Lang Ikaw”, ” Saksi ang Langit”, and “Sa Ngalan Ng Pagibig” the band guided the audience on a poignant musical journey, evoking a range of emotions and connecting across generations.
December Avenue’s performance went beyond a typical concert; it served as a powerful declaration of resilience, showcasing the indomitable spirit embedded in Filipino culture.
As the final chords reverberated, encapsulating the audience in a euphoric embrace, Gordon College’s 25th Anniversary Celebration emerged as a testament to enduring excellence and camaraderie.
