Students and faculty from the Gordon College \u2013 College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (GC-CHTM) showcased their skills and creativity at the 18th Philippine Food Expo 2026, held from April 17 to 19 at the World Trade Center Manila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leading GC-CHTM\u2019s performance, Mr. Michael Dela Cruz, a CHTM faculty member, and Christian Jhay Quioc, a 4th-year BSHM student, secured a bronze medal in the PINASarap Breakfast Competition with their expertly crafted breakfast meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, Mr. Vince Richard Gomez, a faculty member, together with Mharvie Ann Pastor, a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) student, demonstrated culinary skills in the Creative Filipino Dessert Platter Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Philippine Food Expo Knowledge Challenge, Sharmaine Claire Baldo, a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) student, and Heidi Lyne Bajado, a 4th-year BSHM student, showcased strong knowledge and coordination throughout the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, Nikki Vince Neil Yoro, a CHTM faculty member, alongside Reynald Manalo, a 3rd year BSHM student, took part in the Mystery Ingredient Competition, highlighting their creativity and ability to perform under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
