The initiative provided solo parents and economically disadvantaged individuals with practical skills in transforming recycled fabric scraps into sustainable sources of income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program featured an inspiring message from College President Dr. Imelda DP. Soriano and the support of Vice President for RDCES, Dr. Ediric D.
