{"id":2988,"date":"2025-06-19T12:16:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T04:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gordoncollege.edu.ph\/w3\/?p=2988"},"modified":"2025-07-14T15:43:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T07:43:29","slug":"ched-validates-the-man-program-of-institute-of-graduate-studies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gordoncollege.edu.ph\/w3\/ched-validates-the-man-program-of-institute-of-graduate-studies\/","title":{"rendered":"CHED validates the MAN program of Institute of Graduate Studies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CHED Technical Panel for Nursing, Technical Evaluator for Nursing, and Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) conducted onsite validation at Gordon College, Institute of Graduate Studies, last May 29-30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Gordon College welcomed evaluators from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)\u2014Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) for an on-site validation aimed at securing a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) for the Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>Program Chair for MAN, Dr. Victor C. Quimen Jr., introduced the CHED-RQAT evaluators: Dr. Maria Martina Geraldine Dimalibot, Dr. Al D. Biag, Dr. Mary Ann Gienette D. Medina, and Ms. Ni\u00f1a Jessa Angeli Palaganas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evaluators conducted thorough assessments of program administration, faculty credentials, curriculum, student services, facilities, and resources. Their findings and recommendations, discussed in a post-evaluation conference, will guide Gordon College, Institute of Graduate Studies continuing efforts to enhance academic quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparations were led by Dr. Imelda DP. Soriano, Dean of the Institute of Graduate Studies; Dr. Darwin P. Paguio, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Narcisa R. Figuerres, Assistant Dean of the Institute of Graduate Studies; and Dr. Victor C. Quimen Jr. Program Chair for MAN, Ms. Joan Joy A. De Vera; Executive Assistant of the Institute of Graduate Studies, Ms. Diana Grace M.
