Ceralde, OIC Dean of the College of Business &amp; Accountancy (CBA) and theVice President for Student Welfare &amp; Services of Gordon College shared her experience as a woman who can lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an interview with the Forefront, Ceralde emphasized that she has not encountered discrimination throughout her leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>&#8220;Okay, so I have not encountered discrimination because I know I am empowered, I know what I am doing technically,&#8221; the Vice President discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, she also said that her passion for her job has not allowed anyone to discriminate her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I know that with the passion that I have for my job, there&#8217;s no way that anyone can discriminate me as a woman,&#8221; the OSWS Head added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, she also emphasized that discrimination will not be on the vocabulary because of the empowered women that leads the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Technically, we can see naman Gordon College is led by Women. Our College President and College Administrator are women, I have one co-VP who is also a woman, so technically we know that we are empowered and discrimination is not in the vocabulary,&#8221; the OIC Dean revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, Ceralde also gave advice for women who experienced discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You just always have to prove your worth, you have to empower yourself.
