for NEWLY ADMITTED COLLEGE STUDENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 3 \u2013 30, 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newly Admitted Students should confirm their admission in the GCA Portal to be able to proceed to this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log-on to the GCES portal https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/gces\/student<\/a> using the credentials used in the GCA portal.
    Note: A \u201cforgot password request\u201d option is available in case of trouble logging in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Update your profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Update academic and enlistment information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Read the Gordon College General Data Privacy Notice and click the CHECKBOX.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click \u201cENLIST\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Completing all the steps above will register\/enlist you for enrolment. The status of your enrolment will be posted on the student portal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    IMPORTANT: Complete enrolment requirements are to be submitted to the Registrar\u2019s Office after online enlistment. Enrolment is conditional pending the submission of documents (hard copies) in-person or via courier. The deadline for submission is on July 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Students may submit documents placed in a long brown envelope on campus or you may send documents via courier. If submitting via courier, please address it to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Original Complete F138\/SF9\/High School Report Card OR Certificate of No Objection for College Admission \u2013 For Freshmen Only<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • OR Original ALS Certificate of Rating Secondary Level \u2013 For ALS Passers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Original Official Transcript of Records \u2013 For Transferees Only<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Original Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer \/ Honorable Dismissal \u2013 For Transferees Only<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Original Certificate of Good Moral Character<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Copy of NSO \/ PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Original Recent Certificate of Residency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Copy of any Valid ID Card \/ Senior High School ID Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
