STEP 2. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 The result of screening and evaluation will be posted on the GCA portal dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Admitted students should confirm their admission FIVE (5) days after the approval of application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 To confirm admission, on the GCA portal dashboard, click \u201cCONFIRM\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Applicants should have alternative plans in case they are not admitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 3. SUBMISSION OF HARD COPIES OF INITIAL ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hard copies of the following documents should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar FIFTEEN (15) days after the confirmation of admission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Fully Accomplished Student Information Sheet with 2\u00d72 Picture(white background)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Original Recent Certificate of Residency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Copy of NSO \/ PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Copy of any Valid ID Card \/ Senior High School ID Card<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Copy of Medical Certificate issued by the College Clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
