{"id":262,"date":"2023-01-31T23:33:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T23:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gordoncollege.edu.ph\/w3\/?post_type=guideline&#038;p=262"},"modified":"2023-08-11T06:58:28","modified_gmt":"2023-08-11T06:58:28","slug":"adding-and-dropping-of-classes-via-student-portal","status":"publish","type":"guideline","link":"https:\/\/gordoncollege.edu.ph\/w3\/guideline\/adding-and-dropping-of-classes-via-student-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"Adding and Dropping of Classes via Student Portal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>College students may add\/drop classes for Second Semester Academic Year 2022-2023 from January 31 to February 10, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2611\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t8d\/1\/16\/2611.png\">Step 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Log-on to the student portal (<a href=\"https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/ccs\/students\/gces\/#\/login\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/ccs\/students\/gces\/#\/login<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click Add\/Drop Request Button under Menu Items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2611\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t8d\/1\/16\/2611.png\">Step 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request for Dropping of classes, under Current Schedule section, click Drop button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request for adding of classes, under Add Subjects section, type the detail of the class (you can search by class code, subject or by description) on the search box. Click Add button of the desired class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2611\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t8d\/1\/16\/2611.png\">Step 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your selected subject(s) will appear under List of Subjects to Add\/Drop section. Repeat step 2 to add or drop more classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click submit to finalize your request or cancel to clear selected classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2611\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t8d\/1\/16\/2611.png\">Step 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your request will be evaluated by your program coordinator and will be approved by the college registrar.
