<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1. UPLOAD ACADEMIC RECORDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After taking the Gordon College Admission Test (GCAT), applicants should upload academic records on the GCA portal for screening and evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1) <\/a>Log-on to the GCA portal (https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/apps\/gca\/student<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2) On the Menu, click \u201cUploads\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3) Upload scanned or clear image of one of the following documents, whichever is applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Graduating Grade 12 students<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Grade 12 \u2013 FIRST SEMESTER Report Card (SF9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Senior High School Graduates<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Complete HS Report Card (SF9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. High School Graduates of Old Basic Education Curriculum (BEC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Complete High School Report Card(F-138)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. Passers of ALS Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E. Transferees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Official Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Applicants who have complete academic records will be prioritized<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Failure to upload academic records will result to cancellation of application<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Applicants are advised to regularly check their GCA portal account for updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2. INTERVIEW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result of GCAT and previous academic records will be evaluated based on the admission policy of the applied program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For qualified applicants, a schedule of interview will be posted in the GCA portal. The following are the description of the application status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) 1st Choice On going evaluation, means applicant is currently being reviewed in the program you specified as your first choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) 2nd Choice On going evaluation, means applicant is currently being reviewed in the program you specified as your second choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Accepted, means applicant is qualified for the chosen program and should confirm admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) NOT Accepted, means applicant did not meet the minimum requirement of the program and has been denied in the chosen programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Confirmed, means applicant have confirmed admission in the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) Declined, means applicant have declined admission in the program. Applicants are encouraged to have alternative plans in case they are not admitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1) Admitted students should confirm their admission FIVE (5) days after the approval of application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2) To confirm admission, on the GCA portal dashboard, click \u201cCONFIRM\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 4. SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1) Log-on to the GCA portal, click Set Appointment Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2) Hard copies of the following should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on the scheduled appointment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.1) For Senior High School Graduates -> Original Grade 12 Report Card (SF9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.2) For High School Graduates of Old Curriculum -> Original High School Report Card(F-138)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.3) For Passers of ALS Program -> (ALS) Certificate of Completion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.4) For Transferees -> Original Official Transcript of Records, Cert. of Eligibility to Transfer\/Honorable Dismissal and Good Moral Character Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Fully Accomplished Student Information Sheet with 2×2 Picture (white background)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Original Recent Certificate of Residency<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Copy of NSO \/ PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Copy of any Valid ID Card \/ Senior High School ID Card<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) Copy of Medical Certificate issued by the College Clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 5. ONLINE ENLISTMENT FOR ENROLMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
