\u2013 Type your email address, given name, last name, date of birth, contact number, desired password and select type of student (New Student, Transferee, Second Courser)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Click \u201cRegister\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o A valid and existing email address is required in this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Do not create multiple accounts as this will be a ground for disapproval of application<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Do not forget your email and password<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 2. LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2013 Go to the portal login page<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Type your previously registered email address and password then click \u201cLog In\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 You will be directed to the portal Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The Dashboard displays the status of your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3. PROFILING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2013 On the upper left side of the page, click \u201cUpload Photo\u201d to upload your recent photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o 2\u00d72 colored picture, white background<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Formal pose wearing collared top, No eyeglasses or any accessories like earrings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Picture should be taken not later than one week prior to filing of application<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 On the Menu, click \u201cProfile\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Completely and accurately fill out the forms (Personal Information, Family Background and Desired Programs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Read the Gordon College General Data Privacy Notice and click the CHECKBOX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Review the form and Click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 4. UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2013 On the Menu, click \u201cUploads\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Upload scanned or clear image of the required documents. Click the placeholder to browse for an image to upload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The image file should be less than 2MB to avoid uploading errors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Recent Good Moral Character Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Senior High School ID or Any Valid ID Card<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Click \u201cSubmit\u201d to finalize the uploading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 5. GCAT Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2013 The schedule of GCAT will be posted to your portal account within 3 working days after submission of COMPLETE application and required documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Upon posting of the test schedule on the online portal, you may download and print the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
