STEP 2. INTERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe result of GCAT and previous academic records will be evaluated based on the admission policy of the applied program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For qualified applicants, a schedule of interviews will be posted in the GCA portal. The following are the description of the application status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Applicants should have alternative plans in case they are not admitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 3. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Admitted students should confirm their admission FIVE (5) days after the approval of application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 To confirm admission, on the GCA portal dashboard, click the \u201cCONFIRM\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 4. SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Logon to the GCA portal, click Set Appointment Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Hard copies of the following should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on the scheduled appointment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transferees – Original Official Transcript of Records, Cert. of Eligibility to Transfer\/Honorable Dismissal<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Good Moral Character Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Fully Accomplished Student Information Sheet with 2×2 Picture(white background)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Original Recent Certificate of Residency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Copy of NSO \/ PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Copy of any Valid ID \/ Senior High School ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Copy of Medical Certificate issued by the College Clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Copy of Solo Parent ID (for Solo Parents \/ Child of a Solo Parent)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Copy of PWD ID (for PWDs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Copy of IP (Indigenous People) Certificate of Confirmation (COC) issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for member of Indigenous Cultural Communities\/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs\/IPs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
11. Long Brown Envelope with your name (Family Name, First Name, M.I.) and program in the upper left corner on the front and back<\/p>\n\n\n\n
