1. Go to the Gordon College Admission Portal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click \u201cSign up\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Fill in: email, given name, last name, date of birth, contact number, desired password, and type of student (New, Transferee, Second Courser)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Use a valid and existing email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Make sure all details are correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Upload scanned copies or clear photos of the required documents (\u2264 2MB each):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Profile photo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 2×2 colored picture, white background<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Formal pose, collared top<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– No eyeglasses or accessories<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Taken within 6 months before filing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Good Moral Character Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Senior High School ID or Valid ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Academic Records (Grade 11 grades for SHS, TOR for transferees)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click \u201cContinue with Sign Up\u201d to finalize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important: Always double-check to ensure that all documents have been successfully uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udfe2\" STEP 3. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the portal login page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Enter your registered email and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. You will be directed to your Dashboard, which displays the status of your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udfe2\" STEP 4. PROFILING<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. On the Menu, click \u201cProfile.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Fill out all forms (Personal Info, Family Background, Desired Programs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Read and check the Data Privacy Notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Review and click \u201cSubmit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Under Confirmation, click \u201cFinalized Enlistment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o This step is required before you can proceed to Exam Scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udfe2\" STEP 5. GCAT SCHEDULE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The schedule will be posted on your portal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Once posted, you may download and print:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o GCAT Schedule Slip<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Student Information Sheet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udfe2\" STEP 6. APPLICATION INTERVIEW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Within 3 days, your GCAT result will be posted in your portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 As soon as the results are posted, you will be scheduled for an interview by the Program Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Please come on the scheduled interview. The interview is part of the requirements in assessing if you will be accepted into the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 On the day of interview, bring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Copy of grades for Grade 12, 1st Semester or TOR for transferees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o And other requirements as stated by the Program Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udfe2\" STEP 7. CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 After the interview, kindly check your portal to see if you are admitted to the program you have applied for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 You have to click the \u201cconfirm\u201d button in your portal. Clicking the \u201cconfirm\u201d button will ensure that you will enroll at the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 After confirmation, stay tuned for announcements for Enlistment. prepare all requirements for enrolment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
