Application for Readmission and Change in Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

August 4, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start of Classes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Returning students should apply for readmission in person. Online portal accounts will be activated upon approval of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ONLINE ENROLMENT ENLISTMENT PROCEDURE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newly Admitted Students should confirm their admission in the GCA Portal AND have submitted the complete enrolment requirements to the Office of the Registrar to be able to proceed to this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log-on to the student portal https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/gces\/student<\/a> using the credentials used in the GCA portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: A \u201cforgot password request\u201d option is available in case of trouble logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Update your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Update academic and enlistment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Read the Gordon College General Data Privacy Notice and click the CHECKBOX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click \u201cENLIST\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Completing all the steps above will enlist you for enrolment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please visit the online portal regularly for class schedule updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONTINUING AND RE-ADMITTED STUDENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log-on to the GCES portal: (https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/gces\/student<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: A \u201cforgot password request\u201d option is available in case of trouble logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Check the Dashboard for the online clearance status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will not be able to proceed with the enlistment process until you are cleared of all accountabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. View your academic records in the following menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Term Grade<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Summary of Grades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Academic Evaluation Sheet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Update your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request for change of information, visit the Office of the Registrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select preferred courses to enroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
