ONLINE ENLISTMENT FOR ENROLMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second Semester, A.Y. 2024-2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dec. 16, 2024 \u2013 Jan. 10, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log-on to the GCES portal: (https:\/\/gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph\/gces\/student<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: A \u201cforgot password request\u201d option is available in case of trouble logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Check the Dashboard for the online clearance status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will not be able to proceed with the enlistment process until you are cleared of all accountabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. View your academic records in the following menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Term Grade<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Summary of Grades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Academic Evaluation Sheet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Profile\/Enlistment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request for change of information, visit the Office of the Registrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Update academic and enlistment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select preferred courses to enroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Read the Gordon College General Data Privacy Notice and click the CHECKBOX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click \u201cENLIST\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Completing all the steps above will register\/enlist you for enrolment. Please visit the online portal regularly for class schedule updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
