Baccay, Head \u2013 UniFAST\/Scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that only the student-applicants with complete documentary requirements will be recommended by Gordon College for final screening, interview, competitive exam and background checking of ZAMECO II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bonafide Student of Gordon College<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonafide residence of Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Antonio, San Narciso, San Felipe and Cabangan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a first or second degree family member of ZAMECO II registered Member-Consumer-Owners of an actual Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ZAMECO II Member-Consumer-Owner must be of good standing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a general weighted average of 1.75 and above in previous academic semester or year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual Family Income must not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250, 000.00) as verified thru BIR income Tax Return or BIR Certification for non-filing of Income Tax<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Letter of intent (printed in short bond paper)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application form with 2\u00d72 picture (provided by ZAMECO II)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of Grades (COG) duly certified by College seal (original copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of Enrolment\/Registration (Photocopy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of billing statement (statement of account of the registered consumer-family member)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certification of exemption from BIR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brgy Clearance\/Certification (Student)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School ID Card (Photocopy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents\/guardian Valid ID card (Photocopy) or any proof of identification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long expandable brown envelope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, look for;<br><strong>MS.
