As we celebrate \ud835\uddda\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udfee\ud835\udff1\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf5 \ud835\uddd9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude06, with the theme “\ud835\ude42\ud835\ude3e@\ud835\udfee\ud835\udff1: \ud835\ude4e\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5c \ud835\ude44\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude6e, \ud835\ude47\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5c \ud835\ude6c\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5d \ud835\ude51\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude68 \ud835\ude64\ud835\ude5b \ud835\ude40\ud835\ude66\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude6e \ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude4d\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude65\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude68,” we prepared an exciting and rocking event!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We, Gordon College Faculty Association<\/a> (GCFAS), Gordon College – Supreme Student Council<\/a> (GCSSC), Gordon College\u2014Tribo ng Math (GCTM), and Junior Financial Executives – Gordon College Chapter<\/a> (JFINEX), proudly present the \ud835\uddd5\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde7\ud835\udde7\ud835\udddf\ud835\uddd8 \ud835\udde2\ud835\uddd9 \ud835\udde7\ud835\udddb\ud835\uddd8 \ud835\uddd5\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde1\ud835\uddd7\ud835\udde6 \ud835\udfee\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfee\ud835\udff0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration period will be open from January 20 to February 2. The elimination round will be held on February 11, 2024 and only 10 slots will be only be alloted for interested participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud835\udde0\ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddd6\ud835\udddb\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde1\ud835\udddc\ud835\uddd6\ud835\udde6 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde1\ud835\uddd7 \ud835\uddda\ud835\udde8\ud835\udddc\ud835\uddd7\ud835\uddd8\ud835\udddf\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde1\ud835\uddd8\ud835\udde6:
1. The competition is open to all Gordon College students, personnel, and alumni.
2. Students from other schools may join the competition, provided that \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35 \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude23\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude34 are currently enrolled at Gordon College.
3. Members should bring school ID, photocopy of school ID, or registration form and 2×2 pictures.
4. Each band should compose a maximum of 5-7 members.
5. Each band should prepare one OPM song and one foreign song for their performance (original composition is allowed).
6. Songs should not contain foul words.
7. Bring your own instruments and equipment except the drum set which will be provided by the event organizers.
8. During the Elimination:
\u2022 One OPM song and one foreign song will be played by each band
\u2022 NO metal and hard-core genre
\u2022 NO foul words
\u2022 15 minutes will be given for each band for performance including set up
\u2022 Late on the call time of the event will mean disqualification from the contest
9. Top five bands will be qualified to enter the final showdown which will be held on February 22, 2024, at Gordon College Campus Grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40% — Musicality (Harmony, Rhythm, Sound Quality)
30% — Quality of Performance (Stage Presence and Style)
30% — Creativity and Timing\/Instrumentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
